1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within **3 days (72 hours)** of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, all sales are considered final as production may have already begun.

2. No Returns or Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do **not accept returns or refunds** after the 3-day cancellation window.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with clear, unedited photos and packaging evidence.
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or incomplete.

4. Order Refusal & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, including but not limited to:

* Multiple refund requests
* Inconsistent information
* Abuse of our policies

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We are not responsible for sizing errors provided at checkout.

7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent claims and restrict future purchases.
